Who has developed FitFive?

FitFive MarcoMy name is Marco, the founder of FitFive Health and Fitness System. I am a licensed personal trainer and online marketing manager. I have been exercising, studying and working to create a really easy, but comprehensive and effective lifestyle and training program - this is FitFive.

 

My experiences are widespread: I did a lot of different sports, I researched sport, I consulted with hundreds of my students, I read hundreds of books, case-studies and articles about health and fitness.
